These are the reversed 3D sculptures. The external characteristic of this work is its flipped materials.
For example, I reversed the soccer ball's black and white rubber pattern with the soccer grass field and the basketball's orange-colored pattern with the wooden basketball court. Also, the letters of those sports are backward. These all indicate nonsense because these sculptures do not exist in reality.
Sports are considered healthy games enjoyed by athletes and fans who support this culture. Contrary to the original intentions of sports, crimes such as match-fixing happen differently than expected. These corruptions go against sportsmanship and regress the culture. Therefore, these should not occur, but they exist on our side.
The material's mixed match represents a contradicting society that should not exist but exist. Unrealistic nonsense and reversed situations are the most prominent themes implied in this work.
